If you use a Chrome browser, you can even print from Google Docs using your computer’s printer connected to the internet via Cloud Print.
The easiest way to print a document from Google Docs is by clicking the Print button or using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+P (for Windows) or Cmd+P (for Mac). This will open a print window where you can adjust your printing options and select a printer device. You can print a single page, multiple pages, or an entire document. The available options will vary depending on the type of file you are printing, so it’s best to consult the help guide for your chosen file format to find out exactly what options are available.

It is possible to print documents from Google Docs, although users may need to adjust the printer settings before the document prints properly.
To print a document, click the print button or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+P. A pop-up window will appear where you can select the printer and adjust other printing options, such as page setup. Printing a Spreadsheet
Google Docs offers an alternative to more expensive productivity suites, and it’s full-featured – including a robust spreadsheet program. You can also change your print margins to fine-tune how the sheet will look when printed.
To print a Sheet, first open the document and select the cells you want to print. Then click the three dots and choose Print or use the keyboard shortcut CTRL+P. This will open a pop-up window with your document on the left and your print settings on the right.
Depending on the type of file you’re printing, you’ll have different options available. For example, if you’re printing a PDF, you’ll have additional options for the header and footer.
You can change the formatting of your sheets by clicking on the Formatting option. This will let you adjust the default margins, as well as turn off gridlines and notes. You can also expand the Headers & Footers section to add details like the sheet name or current date and time.
Once you’re happy with the settings, click on the blue ‘Print’ button given at the bottom-right corner of the window to command your printer. To print wirelessly, your printer needs to be AirPrint or Google Cloud Print compatible and be on the same Wi-Fi network as your device.
Printing a Presentation
